Probably the most important person on the team. Ted was a stalwart keeping station at the back of the pack and allowing me to concentrate on the front and where we might be going.

The Team

Carole was the only female to be riding and chose a conventional left foot gear change Pulsar. To a man we all agreed that Carole did a fantastic job coping with the ever changing road and traffic conditions as well as the heat. She certainly made an impression on the locals who were surprised to see a woman on a bike.
